2. Equipment and Bandwidth

You are responsible for ensuring you have the required equipment and internet connection to participate in online programs. Technical issues are not considered valid grounds for refunds.

3. Program Purchases, Scheduling & Cancellations

• All sales are final. You are responsible for checking the program schedule before purchasing.
• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• PianoGenesis reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. In such cases, you will receive a refund or credit.
• Program pricing may change, but existing purchases will remain at the price originally paid.

4. Program Content & Quality

PianoGenesis instructors reserve the right to modify course content and curriculum as needed.
